How it works

One person owns your order

Four steps. You start, they do the rest until it's in your hand. Not faster than the government — just accountable in a way a portal never is.

01

Tell us where you're going

Your destination and the passport you hold. That's the whole form, and you see both fees before you enter any details.

02

Someone takes your order

Not a shared inbox. Your application is assigned the day it arrives, to one person who stays on it until it's out the door.

03

They catch what gets applications rejected

Most rejections come from a wrong field or an outdated format rule, not from you. They check every detail against the current rules, then file.

04

You hear it from them, by name

Status on your dashboard, plus email and SMS. If something needs fixing, you hear it from your reviewer — not a support alias.

International Driving Permits

The booklet that gets you the keys

An IDP is a translation of the licence you already hold, issued under the 1949 and 1968 conventions. Rental desks and traffic police ask for the right one — we file for the one your destination recognises.

Two numbers, before you pay

We don't mark up the government's fee. Their part goes to them, at cost.

What the government charges
At cost

Passed through exactly as charged, with a link to their page so you can check it yourself.

What we charge
From $29

Shown in your currency before you enter any details. One fee, one specialist, start to finish.

Nothing is added on top. If the agency's fee changes between quote and filing, you see the new number before we file — never after.
Why travelers choose Expedify

The part a portal can't do

One person, not a queue

The same specialist handles your case start to finish. You never re-explain it.

20+ years of it

Combined experience in consular processing and official documents.

190+ destinations

Nine kinds of document across four services, all under one login.

No markup on the fee

You see what the government charges, next to what we charge, with a link to their page.

We notice when rules change

Forms get replaced without warning. Catching that is most of the job.

Someone answers at 3am

Support runs 24/7, and the odd cases go to a person rather than a form.

Why choose Expedify?
One specialist owns your order from the day it arrives until the document is in your hand. They check every field against the rules that apply today, and you hear about problems from them by name — not from a support alias or a status page that never says why.
Will I still have to deal with this myself?
You tell us your destination and the passport you hold. From there your reviewer handles the forms, the format rules, and the filing. If something genuinely needs you — a signature, a photo that meets spec — they ask once, and tell you exactly what's wrong with what you sent.
How much does this actually cost?
Two numbers, always shown together before you enter any details: the government's fee, passed through at cost with a link to their page, and our service fee, from $29. We don't mark up the government's fee.
How long will it take? What should I expect?
Processing time is set by the agency, and we can't hurry it. What we can do is make sure nothing in your file adds a round trip. You'll get status on your dashboard plus email and SMS at each stage.
What if something goes wrong?
Your reviewer contacts you directly, tells you what the agency flagged, and refiles once it's fixed. If the error was ours, we correct and refile at our cost.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No — and no one honestly can. Approval is the government's decision. What we control is that your application is complete, correctly formatted, and filed against the current rules, which is where most avoidable rejections come from.
Is this the official government site?
No. Expedify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency. You can always apply directly with the relevant authority yourself — we link to their page next to every fee.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to the specialist assigned to your order, and retained only as long as your application requires.
What documents can Expedify get me?
Nine document types across four services: travel visas, international driving permits, passports, and civil records including apostilles — covering 190+ destinations, all under one login.
